Order confirmation

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email detailing the ordered items and your shipping information. Please double-check these (country, street number, company name, unit…), and contact us promptly in case of mistake. If you didn't receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Processing Time

We work hard to process all orders as quickly as possible.Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

However, during peak seasons, holiday periods, major promotions, or due to recent changes in U.S. tariff policies, processing times may take slightly longer.

We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, shipping typically takes:

Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
International: 7–18 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Weekends and public holidays are not included.

Delivery can take longer during peak periods or if your parcel is being checked by customs. It may be delayed for 5 business days for any special situations. While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

 Free Shipping on Orders $50+

 Standard shipping rates will be calculated at checkout for smaller orders.

Order Tracking

 Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Once they arrive in your country, your local postal services take over. This means you'll be able to track your parcel on your local postal services' website with the same tracking number. If the tracking shows that the parcel couldn't be delivered for any reason, please contact your local post office first, to have further details. Since they are handling your parcel, they would be able to give you information that we don't have.

Delivery Notes

To ensure proper delivery, customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Homyhabor will not be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Homyhabor is responsible for dispatching and delivering orders to the shipping address submitted during checkout. Once the package has been confirmed as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. Homyhabor is not liable for any loss, theft, or misplacement of parcels after delivery confirmation. Customers are advised to ensure that the delivery location is secure.
